A Contract between the customer and Cli Gaidhlig for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched, plus postage where appropriate). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Orders

Placing an order confirms you have read and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, you are making an offer to purchase the Product(s), which you have specified in your shopping basket.

Your Right to cancel

We allow seven (7) days in which you may review your order with us.

Any cancellation of an order must be put in writing.

If the contract is cancelled within the 7 day cooling-off period and prior to goods despatch, Cli Gaidhlig will refund any payment made in full within 30 days. (except any postage costs incurred by Cli Gaidhlig ) All cancelled items must be returned to us (at your expense) in the manner set out below and which must be received by us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us (at your expense) within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Cli Gaidhlig accept no liability for any costs incurred for the return of goods, unless in the opinion of Cli Gaidhlig the goods are deemed faulty.

Consent

Your use of this website signifies your consent to the collection processing and use of personal information by us for the purpose of administering and dealing with your order or account, market research, processing your payments, credit/debit reference checking and fraud detection, and for marketing. Price and Payment

All prices quoted on this site are in UK pounds. All prices are subject to change without any prior notification,  please contact us by phone or email to confirm latest prices.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

If applicable and if stated against the product you are purchasing, a delivery charge may be added to your order value, please see delivery times and charges.

Payments

Payment is made by PayPal using the PayPal service, please check on their terms and conditions at www.paypal.com .

Cli Gaidhlig  use a Paypal shop to sell items, if you have any problems using our on-line shop please contact. Cli Gaidhlig.

Payment must be made prior to despatch. Payment can be made by Paypal, cheque or postal order. Cheques should be made payable to Cli Gaidhlig. Cheques need to be cleared before despatch this may take approx 1 week. Paypal/postal order payments are processed on the day of despatch or as soon as possible thereafter.

Cli Gaidhlig is in no way responsible for the functioning of the PayPal service nor for any problems or losses that this service may cause.

Payment may be made using a wide selection of credit and debit cards .You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. Your credit/debit card details will be transmitted via the web to a secure server.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Cli Gaidhlig reserves the right to refuse credit card payments in its reasonable discretion.

Description of Products and Variations

Care is taken in the illustration and description of goods. The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow.

Liability

Unless otherwise agreed in writing Cli Gaidhlig’s maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Products in question. Cli Gaidhlig shall not in any event be liable to you for:

• any direct loss in excess of the payment amount; or
• any loss of profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of or corruption to data or any other indirect loss or consequential loss whatsoever even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
